A Bit About Me
Samantha Mei received her undergraduate degree in Human Services from The University of Hartford and her Master of Social Work degree from Lehman College. Samantha entered the mental health community in 2014 and has since been supporting various populations of all ages and backgrounds. Samantha specializes working with those struggling with anxiety, depression and chronic mental health challenges and utilizes the skills and techniques to best assist those in need. She provides individual, and family therapy and is an ally of the LGBTQ community.
“I believe the therapeutic process begins with a trusting relationship. My goal as a clinician is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for those to begin their healing journey, as it is not linear and starts from within”.
