A Bit About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been in the field of counseling since 2007. My experience has come from a variety of settings. I offer individual, child, family and group counseling. I will help you to address your mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, and mindfulness, among others. I offer a nonjudgmental environment that is genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I will work collaboratively with you and your goals to determine your individual needs and to provide the best care possible.

Jennifer offers counseling services for individuals struggling with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, pregnancy loss and infertility, eating issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), professional/career issues, college/graduate school issues, medical and health concerns, pain management, stress management, attention deficit disorder (ADD), sexual abuse, spirituality, gender identity support, LGBT counseling, grief, loss, and bereavement, and other issues. Her approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and she works collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that is effective and sustainable.
