At Nevadomski Counseling, we believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the support of compassionate professionals who meet you where you are. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce three incredible new members to our clinical and coaching team: Elisa Klepacki, Imani Charles, and Juliana D’Alessio. They join founder Jennifer Nevadomski in offering therapy and coaching services that are accessible, affirming, and tailored to your needs.

🌱 Juliana D’Alessio, Certified Grief Coach
Juliana is a Certified Grief Coach who offers steady, compassionate support to individuals and families navigating all forms of loss. Trained through the From Grief to Gratitude program and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she helps clients honor what has been lost while learning to live alongside grief in a way that feels authentic and grounded. She offers virtual grief coaching nationwide and in‑person sessions in Middlebury, CT, supporting both individuals and families with care, steadiness, and genuine compassion.
