A Bit About Me
My name is Elisa, and I have been dedicated to the counseling field since 2011. Over the years, I have developed a passion for supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

I specialize in creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and work toward meaningful goals. My approach is grounded in empathy and tailored to meet each client's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to empower clients on their journey to healing and growth.

With over a decade of experience, I strive to help clients build resilience, improve communication, and foster healthy connections. Whether addressing anxiety, behavioral challenges, family dynamics, or personal growth, I am here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.

Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my loved ones and have a passion for dance and movement, and connecting with people on a deeper level. These interests inspire me to bring creativity and authenticity to my practice.
